The windows on the store shook so bad I don't know how they didn't break.

It must be maddening to have a client who just needs you to come open the door so they can do a quick walk through to decide if it's a good investment anyway.

@Margaret A Madden it depends on what type of heating system you have, but generally speaking there is no good way to split without installing two separate systems.

If you're like most wholesalers, you put no money in and can just walk without any risk and not close.If you're a buyer that got shook down by a wholesaler and had to put in real non-refundable money - Ask for it back and good luck, they'll probably tell you to pound sand. 

And, after remodeling one out of 6 units, I’m glad we aren’t in the flipping business because it was a bit maddening.

The great thing, and maybe one of the maddening things too, is that real estate offers a wide range of investment options for a wide range of people with different ideas.The stock market has done pretty darn well in the last 10 years.

Hey @Billy Madden,I'd say, use your time to get to know active house-flippers in your market.

Retail tenancy is shook up, as well as hotels.

I came up with the money, shook hands and closed the deal!
