Incentives will be enacted legislatively (loyalty is purchased by incumbency)  to encourage home ownership. 

What I don't get is that people, after reading less than 10,000 words on a person's 96 year-long life, somehow glean enough information to questions her decisions and throw around phrases like "more like a hoarder of money than an investor and I am not impressed" and "total lack of caring for family".No talk about her work ethic, loyalty, selflessness, wiliness to learn, discipline?

I can hardly imagine the loyalty you have from the real professionals in the industry.I have talked MANY a client out of properties that were bad investments - and I do the same for retail buyers.If you're a professional negotiator, great. 

Old buildings where landlord pays water I take 60% of expected gross income off the top in expenses.This does not include immediate deferred capex which would result in a further price reduction or credit from the seller to purchase.If property was full I would look at the loyalty factor of the tenant base.

Hello everybody, of course we were working during last 5 years with some retailers implementing loyalty programs based on proximity marketing tools, and currently we are working for airports, transportation systems and other venues....We had the opportunity to test and compare the tree main technologies availables: ibeacon, wifi-routers and Seeketing.Not all strategies are easy to implement, and the results are very different (ibeacon < 1% of total customer engaged, wifi-router/social wifi <10%, Seeketing <70% of total customer engaged)... so more than 30 projects and six years of experience doing a lot of things... happy to share with you any detail if you are interested.Regards

We are still going to have a conversation over that last one and my loyalty.

My wife (my business partner) and I got to where we are because of the resilience, hard working mindset and loyalty of our Vietnamese employees, peers and associates.

If someone could simply be straght up with there system, I believe there would be more long term loyalty to these guys.

There is no loyalty from either side anymore.
