My side-splitting laughter has ended and for that I thank ya.  

It's never an "everyone" or "all" is guilty of these charges, but the industry makes it extremely difficult to trust them when they make jokes like the joke that goes more/less like "take a look at all our yachts in the harbor and then someone asks where are the clients' yachts (ensue uncontrollable laughter)".

Wait for laughter! 

Had it not been for the laughter, we would have all wanted to cry... but if you can't beat em...

Thankful for family, friends, parents, USA, my privileges, my mistakes, my mentors, my enemies, my teachers, heartbreaks, laughter, fresh air, mountains, rivers, the sun, indoor plumbing, heat, electricity, modern medicine, the internet, and the incredibly beautiful fall weather we have had this year in Colorado.

All laughter aside, now, this may or may not be legal in your State, but some States allow such clause.

Perhaps a series of fines for laughter.

We have fun with them and delight in seeing their smiles and hearing their laughter.

Either of you producing tax records/assessments, comps for the area, Zillow estimates (pause for laughter), etc?
