Walking through, I can see that owner is the type that spares little expense with his own properties. 

Some "go with their gut" which is a bad way to measure someone's financial responsibility.

Send a document once and ensure it includes a deadline for their response and a consequence for failing to respond.

Still, if you aren't whittling down the number you are analyzing financially to a small subset you see before deciding what to do, you are missing an essential part of getting to the tipping point of expertise in your field.

I was kind of skeptical, but seems this city/town is good place for STRs based on your response.  

I do plan to consult my real estate attorney who handled the closing but this is his busiest week of the year, so I definitely don’t want to bug him with something that isn’t extremely urgent until after the New Year.

@Joshua ChristensenI agree with you that brokers are not experts in zoning, but this broker should have told his client to go to the zoning department to verify.

When I DM'd you, asking if you would put my mind at rest by simply confirming you own the asset, your response was, "I don't owe her a response about anything on my website nor do I have to prove anything lol".
