@Hal Thompson You are mostly correct, however probate is NOT the only way to effectuate a transfer.

When you define your process and commit to it for an extended period of time, the results take care of themselves.”Hal ElrodI don't agree with (1) pessimism being helpful for development (2) setting goals that permit cheating and compromising (3) not expanding goals as you grow and (4) that stretching yourself and failing is a bad thing...but do I agree that staking your identity on daily self-improvement is the right path.

As for me, I am working on getting 'the miracle morning' routine down pat (from Hal Elrod's book) and hope that will help me have focused, productive days!

@Hal Mullins Flips that we got to market before everyone else did great, but now inventory is sitting.

I'm currently reading The Miracle Morning for Real Estate Agent by ( Hal Elrod)

I typically wake up at 4:30am and do a very brief morning ritual based on Hal Elrod's Miracle Morning and then bang out as much real estate related work as I can, it's usually not much.

I would also suggest reading the miracle morning by Hal Elrod or just doing the 30 day challenge on their website.

The Hal Elrod Miracle Morning in a short time has changed my life.
