When you are weak and desperate you are desperately trying to find a way out and looking for someone to trust.

All these wholesalers and BRRR-finders are desperately looking to find something, and they're mark-ups are all very convenient and missing a lot of detail. 

Everyone who desperately wants to solve their problem (motivated) will take it upon themselves to find ways to solve it.
