I’m an electrician and I’d only do electrical since I know I could do it fast enough to be worth it but other than that I’d get someone who could do it fast and high quality.

I know people that are really good at their trade (plumbing, cleaning, electrician, etc) but they don't have financial discipline, they don't know how to market, they suck at customer service, they don't use tools to their advantage, etc.Cody Sanchez (lady in the video) buys different types of businesses and makes them profitable by applying basic business disciplines.

From what I've read, some electric providers might not charge for the new service upgrade itself, but adding the meters, connecting the upgraded service and adding/updating panels would require an electrician, which would incur costs.If anyone has experience with this type of electrical service upgrade, particularly in Chicago, I would appreciate your advice and any information on costs and the process involved.

I can appreciate that advise but being a Realtor and and My Dad being an master electrician (with a much broader knowledge base that goes more into being a GC without a license - and no we won't use him as an unlicensed GC) I feel pretty confident that we can do our first flip and be successful.

There are so many misconceptions about what a property management company "should do" The fact is, if it isn't in the management agreement, they aren't responsible to do it.I agree if they're not being truthful about contacting the electrician etc that doesn't foster trust in the relationship.
