I will read the guide to educate myself and become proficient.

The biggest challenge we've faced by far is educating contractors - first you need to find contractors willing to be educated, then you need to be prepared to pay more during the first couple of projects while they become proficient with their new knowledge.We have yet to produce a retrofit meeting all EnerPHit criteria, but we are getting a little closer each time.

These types of jobs or professions have many things in common I'm sure.Not only do you have a high degree of technical proficiency with numerous protocols but there is almost an "art" to employ the proper action and do so in, not just a timely manner, but very quickly, in an instant. 

If I was your age, I would put my money on a five-year cd or until I become more proficient at REI.What about lending your money, you can find out here at BP how to become a lender.I want to learn how to qualify and to use OPM to invest in Real Estate until I could buy with my own money the house of my dreams anywhere I want. 

I am proficient in excel but not enough to build and maintain something that would meet our needs. 

I am focusing on wholesaling to keep it simple since I can't handle my own deals and not too many Escrow Officers do what I do proficiently, so my niche has bumped me out of buying as an investor in my area.

The key is to know your markets, know how to market, and be technically proficient in what you do, and that will go a long way towards overcoming any trivial objections.  

Before hearing/researching this angle, I was pretty gung-ho on accomplishing/refining the wholesaling technique in investing before others.If I plan to be trained and sponsored by the Keller Williams firm, should I realistically  give up hopes on developing proficient wholesaling skills?

As @Jay Hinrichs stated, the timber situation may have me in over my head as a rookie investor but it's never too early to have a few alternate strategies in my back pocket as my proficiency increases :) @Matt Katsaris, thanks for the heads up.

He was the second appraiser, my original appraiser that is proficient in the valuation of solar property got 3 strokes in 3 consecutive months and wasn't able to talk or write.
