I dislike hidden fees.  

It has its strengths and weaknesses.Curious what other landlords/PMs are using, and what they like/dislike about their software.

I say how much I dislike CA market and he is just bewildered. 

If so I'd love to hear about your experience and what you like/dislike about the area.I'd also like to know if you have any agents you've worked with that I could reach out to.

Figure out other ways to de-stress your life so you can keep your W2 for as long as possible - outsourcing disliked tasks, working on mental/physical health, shorter commute, etc...Retirement seems like an emotional state of relatively low stress and contentment.  

That loan will have some bank hand-holding that people dislike (annual reporting requirements for the first few years, all rent checks must get deposited into an account at that specific bank so they can see it coming in and have an automatic "early warning signal" if they drop off, etc), but hey in their case I'd say it wasn't unwarranted, their only track record is that of mismanaging after all. 

Would love to hear your thoughts on the city as a whole, areas you like/dislike, any things to look out for as someone who hasn't invested in this province before, as well as recommendations of realtors and property managers.Cheers,Brian

I recognize capital calls are generally disliked but it might be the best way for the Sponsor recapitalize the deal.

We dislike VRBO bookings when the dog group from VRBO, and VRBO hind guests information, change an email to be a new guests so bad review will not available,  and felt 0 support for hosts.Thanks to share your experience.
