Aloha @Kevin Dias,Both Brandon and Josh have been active in the community out here. 

These are the standard in Europe and I wanted to make the swap, but there are install issues to be considered:the gas line to the unit needs to be changed to 1" dia all the way to the meter as tankless systems are high btu outputs and need more fuel for the short period theye're active.this creates havoc for the grounds or driveways the line runs under AND a mess for the interior walls.I decided that was too much for me and just r/r the heater with an equivalent

It takes about 2 hours to get to Breckenridge from DIA, without snow or traffic.

Ppty tax in most big cities (SAT, DIA, IAH, AUS) runs about 3%!

Honestly I'd much rather see them get their financing and/or tax incentives and/or DIA grants over any of the other potential large-scale downtown area projects (Shipyards, Healthytown, Landing redevelopment), as the Laura Trio impact would be far more effective per dollar than any of the others. 

By the time DIA was being built, they were selling for 60K.
