It’s all integrated and easy to manage from PC or mobile device.

Quickbooks Desktop and Easybuild might help you.

I use the AirBnB app and the VRBO app and sometimes I make changes to my listings using my desktop.

I have the desktop version of Turbotax and can physically update/ view the forms and I do not see any type of checkbox to make this change. 

Quickbooks is the market share leader when it comes to accounting / bookkeeping.The reason this can be considered important is that if you need an accountant to review, make corrections, transfer the accounting to a third-party, it would be easiest with quickbooks.The desktop version will be more affordable than the online version.Best of luck.

(btw my belongings in my office, like the rest of my footprint in the house, will be very minimal: this small desk, quality office chair, + desktop computer. my thought is i’d put the computer in a closet + leave desk out as a workspace for guests; alternatively i could put all office in closet.)

A few suggestions:Get a Job, Borrow from Parents/relatives, Get a partner for the deal, or (trigger warning: not PC)  renounce US citizenship, cross the border illegally, and get all the government money you need.
