@Ali JavidI used turbo tax deluxe edition, and worked out just fine.

I've use either Deluxe or Benjamin Moore...about 70/30.  

We drew the plans on a $49 Home Architect Deluxe program from Staples, took the plans to a structural engineer and a civil engineer, had the lot compacted, subbed out the various trades, and coordinated the various city inspections. 

To have to sit through national speakers fudging details to make people buy their super deluxe investing 3000 set, which included 800 cds and 25 manuals, which could be reduced to 1 cd in mp3 format sucks.

what you are talking about is treating new stove as an $350 asset and depreciating over time...I always used my deluxe turbotax edition ...and dumped all my expenses along with HOA, taxes etc into year the expenses were incurred...

I do have a friend who rents a new deluxe Airstream in FL.

Hint:  If you talk to an attorney that specializes in creating LLCs for real estate investors, you will be sold the deluxe package. 

If you turn out to be a great business man it won't really matter if you become Whopper Deluxe Properties.

Questions:(1) Should I be using HR Block Deluxe/Premium to do this or use a CPA?
