Big cities are selling off school buildings as charters pull more and more kids out of the district every year.

I have friends who are have been commercial bankers  at FDIC chartered banks public and private for decades who are leaving because they cannot push loans through. 

Before purchasing a property you should read the HOA's charter and what they allow and don't allow (some don't allow renters, some don't allow certain rehab items, etc...).

There's an organisation in Illinois that has charter to "fix the problem"  It's name Community Investment Corporation (CIC).  

I have lots of my plate with long term projects and would like to hand off this research on short-term bridge loan investments to others.CFPs, CFCs (Chartered Financial Consultants), Private Bankers, and Wealth Managers don't seem to be interested in doing this type of due diligence.
