Hey all, as the title states I'm brand new to the real estate game and I'm looking to find people in the area who are willing to loosely guide/teach me how to wholesale/flip properties.Are there any networking events in the area I'd be able to connect with?

A designer with an eye for branding and listing photos gives you an edge in a crowded market.The right designer doesn’t just decorate—they elevate your investment.

I personally think you can successfully market both your property management (PM) and buy/sell real estate services under one brand if you position them correctly.

+1 for Schlage Encode and a name brand camera - we do front and exterior sides and leave backyards private.

My advice is focus now on building your branding, business and client base in real estate.

Then you have the Masterminds that cost 10 to 30k per year to be a member and those have folks in the trades and in the bizz  name brand gurus we all recognize..

I came across this brand new property, in a great intersection that’s leased out to LazyDog restaurant & running well.

I highly recommend working with him, but only if you're willing to put in the effort to build a business and though leadership brand!

Reminds of a friend of mine - bought a brand new Camry but kept it in the garage the whole time because he was afraid someone might scratch it.

I do like the built in leasing that apartments offers over the OG Cozy site, but I don't really want to pigeon hole myself into the apartments.com brand (or Zillow, or any other of the type) so I'm starting to use rent redi.
