Since I live in Sydney, Australia and Agent was not sure if I can get a Tax ID, EIN for myself and asked me to get those 2 first before talking to them.Earlier this week called direct IRS overseas agents in Australia to discuss Tax ID and they confirmed we don't need one to create an LLC.

As you so correctly point out there is a vast majority of investors that simply cant pull off a BRRRR and or should NEVER attempt it and if they want to buy investment properties in a market where the price points and cash flow day one are better than where they reside then picking a quality TK provider is one of the best ways to go about it.Engelo's bed side manner is not for everyone I have known him like I said for over a decade I met him on the Australian version of BP when he posted about buying the least expensive home in All of Australia and that was well documented in that country.

With our rural site situated midway between the DFW Metroplex & Austin off I-35 with easy access from San Antonio & Houston as well as cross-country travelers and even international visitors from Europe, Canada, Australia & Israel, drawing guests was NOT a problem.

Find a spot in Sydney, it skyrocketed from low 100 to low 130 in house price in income ratio, heck all of Australia was sub 100 and now north of 120.The RTP over time will get wider, but in the short-term should tighten, but the premise of this is just wealth inequality.
