When renting out furnished rooms, am I obligated to provide the exact furnishings and decor shown in the original listing photos?

The solar system adds no value to my property for rental purposes, and I may even be ripping up the roof & replacing it in the new year.Beyond sending a nasty letter through my attorney via certified mail, demanding the company come pick up their equipment, am I required to take any further action or fulfill any obligations regarding these contracts?

My confusion is am I always going to be taking out equity loans to buy something new?

Am I correct in thinking that with the two units vacating soon, the property will be entirely vacant in 2 months if you also move out?

I also need to call the town to determine how many more units can be built on property.What other risks am I not thinking about that might be helpful to consider?
