A 10-page life vision is too much and too detailed.

I paid tax on it and mowed it about every 5 years so maybe put 10k into over the years.. deductive reasoning suggested city does not build and full blown interchange to go to nowhere. 

I have my dad’s house (he passed 2 years ago) and am wanting to rehab it & rent it.  

Building a rental portfolio that replaces your income takes years and a lot of effort, this is especially true in our high price high interest rate market.You need to have at least a 10 year vision when buying real estate.
