my experience has been (1) I can obtain the same rental rate for a 6 month lease that I can for a 60 day “stay” if FULLY furnished (2) some of these 6 month rental turn into 2 years or more.  

Subsequently I ended up buying property in 8 states, and a couple weeks ago bought 5 properties in 5 days in 3 states.

If more than 30 days go by with no booking, you are at risk of falling off the wagon.

Days on market are averaging around 80 days, depending on the area.

I would think landlords with 100 day old vacancies would be a good lead opportunity. 

For projects with 150 or fewer units, the city has 60 days for eligibility review and 90 days for final approval, including design review.

What are other high net worth individuals paying in broker commissions these days, for high value properties?  

RE Investing is much tougher right now than it was 5 years ago.I personally spend at least an hour per day every day deepening my knowledge - reading, webinars, youtube videos, podcasts, formal industry trainings/certifications, etc.
