Do you have any advice on particular sites to look into to find tenants like this needing placement?

They do not allow two seperate driveways, which was on my original site plan.  

If you go to the “Filter” tab on either site and scroll down to “Home Type”, you should be able to uncheck condos and select “Multifamily”.

The site is also next to trails, open spaces, and a community pond.

Site work took about 18 months . 

We closed on one piece of land in Columbus Ohio for a 54 unit apartment hotel project (bookings under 28 days permitted) and we have a secondary site which is under contract to close in June.

Also you need to know the databases inside out and know how to show the VAs how to get what you want from the records/documents on those sites.2).
