I can tell you if you need to follow the telephone recording requirements for note collections and having a collections activity log but I can't just answer how do I learn.......at east beyond what I've mentioned.

Instead, they load the apps on the TV and let the guests log in with their own credentials.

Just a thought. do you have to have an account with U tube to be able to leave a comment I never can leave comments on any of the sites I visit I suspect because I don't have a log in ???

REITs are easy to get into and highly liquid - log in to your brokerage account and buy a share - but you have zero control whatsoever.so...  

Some of us are on the forums daily, while others may only log in once a week or less.

I hope that's not what is happening in this case, but even people who start out above board, too often come up with bad plans when trying to scramble to turn an investment around to cover up what went wrong.yup  happened to me to in the late 80s company I worked for a 1 b syndication company .. started leaking oil and instead of flushing the bad ones they started borrowing from the reserve accounts of the good ones and the whole house of cards went down and I was out of a job and within a year was logging in ORegon  :)

I am about to submit to the IRS my log of 500+ hours working in the STR business, most of which come from communicating with guests, cleaners, maintenance people, Airbnb, VRBO, and managing supplies, shopping, bill paying, pricing, calendars, all the daily and weekly tasks. 

For VT cabins, I also have family that have been running a million dollar set of log cabins by Killington in Vermont for over a decade.

It is a hassle of course to log into each account to check on transactions, balance etc.

I don't want to have to introduce them to a new workflow for submitting maintenance requests (e.g. now log into latchel).
