Plus it’s almost impossible for them to damage or steal the receptacle. 

I’ve looked into it a little bit but it seems like maybe you would need to find an experienced person to network with on how to value the properties you locate and potentially on how to run them long distance which is where card operations would be helpful because it would be so easy for a manager or employee to steal the cash long distance.

@Jaron Walling I think your best bet would be to quit your job and try and squatting in vacant properties until you can steal the property from the homeowner.

Most people wouldn't look twice at these <C-class homes BUT for us they are some of the many stealth cash cows we own & nurture.

This gives the PM time to deduct any expenses (repairs) and ensure the payment from the tenant clears.I was just worried in case they steal the money.
