Then they give you a random login/password for that site that you'll never remember and can't change.  

Next, arrange a site walkthrough to pinpoint any additional needs or potential challenges.

Been thinking about investing in one of these sites, but want to hear which other wholesalers have had more success with and which offers the most benefits versus the cost.

This is where the crowdfunding sites helped a lot fo those types scale.
