I've seen it with The Woodlands over the last 10 years and everyone is going North or West of Houston at this point.

Among my real estate properties is a SFR in The Woodlands Texas appraised at $400,000 and being rented for $2,500 per month.

We have several rentals that we have purchased over the years near the Woodlands/Conroe area that have performed much better for cash flow with the same appreciation %.
