I've just watched the "gator method" today.

Under this method each investor has ownership and voting rights.

Yes, the BRRRR method can work with multifamily properties, and many investors have done it successfully.

This is a public forum to vote on the proposed text. 

There is already at least one request with a lot of votes for this feature, and you can allocate your "votes" to it as well...maybe Buildium will start work on it after it gets a few hundred more votes. 

Meritocracy...require a minimum vote ratio to post. 

This isn't 2011-2013 days but many people are stuck in that time period STILL.As I finish my licensing study, I'm very grateful I chose this route as opposed to being a one trick pony.Wholesalers did themselves in by their method of operating.  

As its not a vote of the peeps if it was would never have happened..

Without rent control i either raise their rent far above market rents so they give me notice (my preferred method) or i simply do not renew their lease.

By the way if I see the same proposition that was previously on the ballot and got struck down, I automatically vote against it on principle regardless of how I voted for it when it was initially on the ballot.
