Essentially, because my van is not registered to business license or LLC, and the income is not active business income, then the vehicle could be classified as personal use.

They don’t always post a flashy “Upcoming Auctions” banner, but check the “News” or “Public Notices” sections—sometimes surplus or impound auctions (like vehicles) get announced there.

It doesn't tell you anything about how timely they are with payments or if they've violated the lease. sometimes just seeing the state of their vehicle will give you a clue..
