I know he's recently shifted more towards spirituality, marriage & family content and it just seems he's gravitated away from the hard work of actually buying and selling real estate, which is why (IMO) most of us are here.

Personally speaking, economy and transacting has a patriotic and spiritual component.

@Jay Hinrichs it erks the hell out of me as well. when they preach paying it forward and being good to others on their podcast. they do podcasts on chartitable efforts and "tithing" to where ever you are fed spiritually.
