I met an investor broker and am considering becoming an RE agent to gain experience and surround myself with the network and environment of real estate investors. 

I have taken numerous courses in RE and am passionate about learning more I am based out of West TX- Midland/Odessa area

Hi, Are all big players selling off RE and keeping them cash ready? 

These tools are just meant to help save time and perhaps provide additional data that you can utilise in your decision making process.

Also, I work with a lot of long-term RE investors and none of them look at ROI.
