The guilty people know how to hide their tracks and could have been arrested under previous laws anyway, so all CTA law did was persecute small business owners. 

My read is that they will dig in, likely feeling persecuted by the last living situation, so……uffda.  

So long as the contract price is possible, if not probable, the appraiser is free from persecution because 1) they have at least some sales that support the conclusion and b) it is after all only an opinion.And so the bank comes back and says good news, the buyer is approved for the loan amount.

Now Federal/State/Local government are on top and they are bearing down on us as individuals and are preventing us from enjoying our individual rights through oppressive taxation, over-bearing regulation, and unlimited power to persecute/prosecute through an unaccountable and compliant judicial branch.

As Eddie pointed out, they came here to escape religious persecution and to create a nation that wasn't ruled by a single Church.

The US was founded on ideas of freedom from religious persecution and the idea that individuals could own property & get the rewards of their own efforts.

Where is the fear of persecution coming from?

I'm not here to promote or persecute the company, I just want to hear some good discussion about it.

It's nice to find out those situations in advance.I have a paranoid schizophrenic with persecution issues in one unit that hears voices and yells at them in the dark.
