The 110v dryer is rare.

I have units without washer and dryer and they rent fine but I found myself showing to people who really wanted the washer dryer way too often so I do put that in the ad and review it again on talking to them.   

-They failed to realize the property had washer/dryer hookups.

Consider putting in a combo washer/dryer.

Starting all over from scratch... my gray hair is turning back black....LOL.   

You can make minor adjustments based on the type of appliances (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, air conditioning, etc.) and the size of the rental.

I would think twice before using a Speed Queen dryer!

I am wondering if I should just use the garage as your typical garage as it just has my washer and dryer and space for my car, but I usually just park on the driveway/street.
