Aloha,Poorly maintained tanks, and especially tanks in an environment that creates excessive condensation on the exterior of the tank, often drip onto the floor, damaging floorcoverings and underlying typical subfloors or hardwood flooring.

The service company can attempt to extend its life by cleaning the condensing unit, replacing the aged AC capacitor and contact, and checking for R-22 levels.

Odds are the drain line, condensate pump, putting down new riser blocks or mounting blocks, the whips and line sets, new disconnect box, new low and high voltage wiring aren't in your Google pricing.
