I don't think it can be overstated that you need to speak with rental owners in the specific Housing Authority the properties are in to see how the housing authority operates.

Another thing to add is the regulations, HOAs and Cities are imposing a lot of regulation on short-term rentals or rent by a room, I have seen some HOAs regulate the amount of people authorized to rent the property too.It requires to do a lot of due dilligence to begin with mainly in such big house. 

Our team has close partnerships with our local Housing Authorities across our markets and they have communicated to us that we should not anticipate any disruption.
