Purchase price: $255,000 Cash invested: $60,000I bought a condo back in 2019 in Ashburn, VA as a rental property.

They are just going to use their 2nd VA loan to buy their next one while this one is tied up. 

I was just thinking today there was all this excitement about VA loan assumptions there for a while when interest rates started going up.
