Average rental rates, vacancies, competition, growth, appreciation, etc..Ive heard of scrolling through Zillow and collecting information by looking at properties for sale/rent but was wondering if there is a site where all of this information is easily accessible or any ideas for better ways to go about it.Thanks in advance!

To send them a message without booking the property, click on the listing, scroll to the bottom of the page and it'll say "contact host."

That means YES, they are actually with people sitting down and scrolling through new listings every day looking for people to tag.

When scrolling through a list of houses, will a game room cause them to book over anything else, or will that be secondary? 

Maybe I'll get more serious on that but for now it's just too much spam and scam for me to scroll through ha.

Also, tell them to scroll through ALL of the photos to the end and leave the page open for 15 minutes. 

Additionally, I don't know if it's because I use a Mac but on the website when I scroll down on the main page, I can't scroll back up to the very top to click back on the "menu" or "settings" and instead have to navigate the less convenient side bar.

By scrolling down, I can usually find the property taxes for previous years, giving me a rough estimate of those costs.
