Any info on what you think can be helpful for the LPs is greatly appreciated.

Are LPs entitled to see foreclosure, bank loan related docs?

What happened to make the deals become total losses to the LPs?

Or are LPs more concerned about the technicals vs the warm and fuzzies?  

Is the 25% from LPs realistic based on today's market?

Fund of fund raisers need to do a much better job including descriptions of both double promotes and possible implications for LPs investing through a fund of fund vs directly.

Did you underwrite if you would bring in investors (LPs) to help provide the down payment?

If this seems like an avenue you're interested in there's a PassivePockets conference in Columbus this May, it can be hard to find syndication conferences that is geared toward LPs (the passive investors) aren't actually just a sales funnel for one particular group 3.

So obviously many of the LPs appear to make these investments not really knowing much detail..

We all know those that get on BP that are LPS and now own 5000 units or Co GP with no real ownership etc.. so those are legit questions to bad OP got so defensive and did not just answer the questions.
