Hi Michael, we’ve worked with ALE Solutions in the past and are currently enrolled in their Preferred Landlord Program.

We have done section 8 in a couple of markets and been happy with it, but the Tampa Housing Authority has been very hard to get a ahold of and I can't seem to figure out how to even enroll my homes in the program.
