The numbers are not really arbitrary, and they are based on a specific market - Memphis.The reason I used percentages for most items was so that I would be able to do as close to an apples to apples calculation.

About 3 years ago I had floor syncing issues for which one contractor put 5 jack units in the crawl space to lift floors a little bit as attached.

Since you already use TurboTax, you can connect the two come tax time & take out some of the heavy lifting!
