I received a notice from my rental property insurance carrier that they will not renew my insurance policy covering my rental unit.

I’ve gained valuable experience in commercial real estate lending, working for PGIM Real Estate, managing a portfolio of commercial real estate loans.

I just turned 55 and have 33 rentals and 135 storage units.You may be better off buying as many properties as possible for the next 5-10 years, then paying them off, starting with the smallest mortgage and working up to your largest.

To give you a background, I have a property in Maple Valley City in Washington state with a clear title paid off for land.
