Been looking into building out an IDX lead generation website and I stumbled upon software called Mashvisor, it claims to integrate into your IDX website and calculate Cap Rates / Cash Outlay, Etc etc.

In the years I've been with him, he was at Howard Hanna and then Century21 and then Affiliated Property and now he's come up with Prime Property.

Most businesses, property management or not, fail due to the lack of sales, not due to the lack of systems and phone etiquette.

How much of this is covered in your management contract?

Ike, there are plenty of great property management companies in Atlanta but you still have to check behind them.

I'm looking for the cleanest & most visible way to access payment history, see amortization schedule, tax documents, etc- much like bank softwares provide.
