I am a Realtor in Portland, Maine, focused on investors and multi-family properties. I graduated with a degree in construction management in Boston, and worked there in construction and as a code enforcement officer for almost a decade. I am great at analyzing architectural plans for compliance with building codes and exploring local zoning bylaws for a variety of real estate opportunities. I love working with investors, first-time home buyers and out-of-staters looking to make a real estate purchase in the beautiful state of Maine! I finished top 10 in multifamily sales volume in 2022, representing more buyers than any other agent in the state. In 2023, I am top 5 in sales volume for multifamily and am once again representing more buyers than anyone else in the state. I purchased my first investment in 2017 - a single family in Massachusetts that I renovated, converted to a duplex and flipped within a year. I house-hacked a triplex that I converted from a duplex through zoning. I now live in a condo that I found off-market and utilized seller financing. I also own 25 long term rental units, across 3 buildings, here in Maine. If you need help: -Buying/selling a property -Analyzing a deal -Managing your construction projects, -Understanding your architectural/structural drawings, -Have questions about a crazy building code or interpreting some confusing zoning – Feel free to reach out!
