We are customizable. Typically we hire and manage the cleaning, and maintenance of the property. Owners do not pay for cleaning services. You only pay for an annual deep clean. For maintenance, which would include landscaping or repairs needed, you would be invoiced. We have guest review management, 24/7 guest relation support. We can provide a linen service, toiletries, or a snack basket. When you are signed with us you are a client and not a customer. You Have unlimited access to your home. Use it as much or as little as you want. Revenue We use smart pricing to react to market trends but we are customizable, and can set prices based on owner objectives. We can cover accidental damage to personal property caused by guests at no cost to you. We absorb the channel commissions so you dont have to pay those. We do not charge guests booking fees. We collect and remit sales tax on your behalf.

I have a strong background in renovations and a group of reliable contractors who can do any updates at a lower cost than most. To top it off, I will plan, design, and oversee any renovations for my clients as most are from out of state. As a Hilton Head Island Native and Top Producing Agent, I understand my local real estate market. Each month, I spend 5-6 hours reviewing Hilton Head real estate market data, and then breaking this data down into a very detailed market report.
