As this market cooled down, many investors gravitated toward multi-family and short term or long term rental projects. I offer extensive knowledge and experience in these areas and have also been a member of the Pocono Short Term Rental Committee since 2018. I am a Pennsylvania native and have been in the Real Estate industry for over 20 years now. My career began in New Home Construction in 2001 while attending East Stroudsburg University for Psychology and Business Management. The outdoor opportunities are abundant here.
