Cielo Rio Ranch is a 512-acre community consisting of primarily 2 acre lots. Once Cielo Rio was self-sufficient, I handed the reigns over to my father (also a successful land developer and commercial real-estate investor) who is now managing the property on a part time basis as a retirement project.
