John grew up in a real estate family, both his grandfather and father had successful careers in commercial real estate business. He spent his summers coming to the Outer Banks to visit his grandparents in Duck and quickly fell in love with the area. After a few years selling commercial real estate in Virginia, John relocated to the Outer Banks in 2014. John and Katie have bought and sold many investment properties of their own on the Outer Banks, many of which they self managed on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO. Katie was born and raised here on the Outer Banks and uses her background in interior design, along with her extensive knowledge of the area to help our clients narrow down their search to the best areas for them. Using our personal experience as a buyer and seller of our own investment properties, we will bring that expertise to help you buy and sell here on the Outer Banks.
