I'm a Native, Hilton Head Island Luxury Realtor specializing in vacation rental investment sales and flips at a price starting at $600k. I have a strong background in renovations and a group of reliable contractors who can do any updates at a lower cost than most. To top it off, I will plan, design, and oversee any renovations for my clients as most are from out of state. As a Hilton Head Island Native and Top Producing Agent, I understand my local real estate market. Each month, I spend 5-6 hours reviewing Hilton Head real estate market data, and then breaking this data down into a very detailed market report. This allows me to stay sharp on current market trends, helping me to negotiate the best prices and terms for my Clients. I pride myself on my negotiating skills in several ways, one of them being the fact that I'm able to make big price reductions. That isn't the only important skill when negotiating. In multiple offer situations, I'm able to secure the house my client desires without overpaying. I know the right questions to ask listing agents to be sure we are properly preparing an offer that fits the Seller's goals. In 2021, during the hottest real estate market ever on Hilton Head, while most listings were receiving 3++ offers. I was able to personally close 51 buyer-side transactions. Without giving the bank away! I work with all buyers, but I specialize in vacation rental investment sales. I spent almost ten years as a vacation rental property manager before plateauing in my career and moving into real estate sales. My time as a property manager taught me the ins and outs of the vacation rental business. Most importantly, how to make the absolute highest income possible.
