This card is a good cash-back choice for investors who plan to pay off their monthly balances in full, and who want to earn steady, simple cash back without a lot of administrative hassle.

Wells Fargo’s Cash Wise Visa credit card is appealing for its straightforwardness as a cash-back card: Users get 1.5% cash back on all purchases (and 1.8% on digital wallet purchases for the first year). Cash rewards have no category restrictions or activations required. And they don’t expire as long as the account is open. So this card could be a good choice for real estate investors looking to earn steady cash back with no annual fee.

The sign-up bonus includes $150 cash after a spend of $500 within the first three months. It also comes with a 0% introductory APR for both purchases and balance transfers. After the introductory period, variable APR can range from 14.49% to 24.99%, so it’s best for real estate pros who pay off their balances each month. Expect to qualify with good to excellent credit.
