In life I’ve always liked to take the approach of learning from the mistakes of others if possible.

I’m a beginner in real estate and haven’t done a deal yet but I’m learning the ropes and I’ve already begun to analyze what things may prove to be challenging based of my personality and skill set.

In your own experience what has been the most challenging thing you’ve faced as a real estate investor?

Hey Kyle, we met at the seminar recently, glad to see you're still tracking on the real estate path, I'm currently on the BRRRR book, next in queue is Estimating Rehab book. I'll connect with you on BP, hope to see some great stuff from you. Joshua and I were talking about establishing some type of meetup here in Abilene to provide a great networking opportunity for lenders, investors, contractors, agents, and property managers, so that's in the works!
