Quote from @Corey Dutton:

These jerks on Mortgage Grapevine hide behind their 'User names' and have no accountability. The funniest thing is that I posted this same discussion directly onto the MortgageGrapevine and it didn't get moderated!!! In other words, I posted this right on the forum and it was posted immediately with no edits or deletes. Just goes to show that there's ZERO moderation and no webmaster on that site if they allowed this content to be posted right on their site. Dumb. I give that site 6 months...It's worthless.

While you like to trash a very reputable forum such as The Great MortgageGrapevine and the trolls and tools that reside there. You should worry about closing a deal. Bashing Loanman, Missingascrew, & Art Vandalay does nothing but further provoke the harsh criticism you shall receive. Ah yes, you remember, I remember! That stated income deal, on a doublewide, asking for 125% LTV in NeverLend, Utah. As you ask, "Can I get an appraisal waiver, never mind the open sewer line in the kitchen", the borrowers won't make it to closing, no worries, I have power of attorney. So, with that being said, and giving a special shot out to the MortgageGrapevine godfathers and mothers, OldMan, Peter & quicksplit. May your real estate journey be prosperous and may you never encounter a property that has a 6th, looking for a 250k 7th. Happy hunting!

I just signed up & purchased $20 of skip trace. Called/texted at least 20 people. All of the contact information are incorrect.

I just spent $50 for phone number data in Florida and Georgia and out of 500 contacts, 20 had phone numbers.  I'll probably go back to batchleads. I just hate the membership cost over there plus their skip trace is .14 cents. Can't win them all.
