Here I am 3 years later finally commenting back;) It's interesting to look back at your goals from 3 years ago and see what you've accomplished. 

Update: The seller ultimately wasn't willing to let go for the price we needed to buy for. The financing I mentioned was through a local lender I have a very good relationship with. I did however end up putting 5 duplexes under contract soon after and very excited about getting those closed next Tuesday. 

We're looking at a $2,700,000 package of singles and multi families. Local lender is use will do 10% down and 5% interest which is good but wondering about gov. loans I've heard people mentioning that could be better rates and terms.  May only be for apartments but not sure.

New to BP! My name is Zach Riggs. I live in Springfield Missouri and have been a full-time Realtor for 8 years. In the last 2 years I've started my own real estate company. I've been flipping and investing for 3 years. My goal is to buy 5-10 houses every year eventually moving to larger properties.
