Hi, We will be acquiring an existing STR property as our 1st property investment by the end if this month. The previous Owner's property management reached out to us if we would continue with their services. My goal is to modify the photos, title, descriptions and manage it ourselves. On the 2nd thought we are getting into a busy season. So continue working with them till end of year would also be a good idea. If anyone here was in the same scenario with me when you started. I'd appreciate you for any advice, recommendations/suggestions. TIA
