Hi there, 

Are there any "one-stop" realtors in Cleveland, OH? By that, I mean, a realtor group that deals with the transaction side, will help oversee projects/contractors during flips, help be boots on the ground, and also help manage the property? 

Any recommendations?

What's the best way to go about calculating or figuring out the ARV? Would you suggest speaking to lenders that do BRRRs in the area, or more so just looking at comps?

I'm an out of state investor and looking to get into the Cleveland market with a BRRR. I haven't really done a BRRR previously, so was wondering if any experienced investors have any suggestions/tips, or could point me in the right direction in doing so.
