I heard renttrack was good , also helps renters build credit , it’s a win win.

I know there’s a management company here that only holds open houses and you fill out the application on the spot with a $50 application to run a background and credit check.

I've heard that credit unions will give more than 10+ mortgages. I've also heard that some places will do portfolio mortgages. The best thing to do would be to build a relationship with a broker that deals with credit unions, banks and private lenders to explore the best options for your situation.
